You may not realize this, but practicing martial arts provides a lot more benefits besides self-defense. Through practice you can, increase flexibility, improve coordination, increase endurance, work muscles in their full range of motion, and develop a strong mental focus. The School of Oom Yung Doe in Davis Square has offered to put on a free clinic for Wheelworks Multisport that will teach different movements and meditations that will assist in your triathlon training.

Visit the MIT Z-Center March 20th and mingle with fellow triathletes, get training tips, stock up on triathlon gear and join your teammates  for the Team Time Trial. Even if you're not racing come down and cheer on your Wheelworks teammates.
